In order to reinforce its Belgian HR team, Puratos is looking for a (m/f):
Payroll Manager
Your Job:
• You manage and control the payroll processing and the HR administration in line with social legislation
• You develop and implement policies and procedures supporting these activities
• You liaise with line management and provide guidance on matters related to your field of expertise
• You provide all relevant HR data to the different stakeholders and explain evolutions
• You look for optimisations in terms of KPIs, processes, tools, …
• You manage a team of 2 payroll officers
• Together with the HR manager, finance and SD Worx, you supervise the budget preparation of the payroll-based expenses
• You benchmark compensation plans, recommend actions in order to improve the benefits,
and liaise with (potential) suppliers
• You report to the HR Director Belgium
Your Profile:
• Solid experience in payroll management and strong knowledge of social legislation
• Experience in people management: you are inspiring and able to create a true team spirit
• Effective communicator, good networking and influencing skills
• You have a strong client focus
• You search for optimisation
• You are empathic and creative
• Experience with SAP is a strong asset
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
